The company EURL Soriano, specialises in the development of software under the name of MoneyBarre, offering a publicity service which enables internet surfers to earn points. These points are converted into euros through the WebSite http://www.worldwide.moneybarre.com/
You wish to become a subscribe of MoneyBarre.com you must read and accept the Rules
Soriano reserves the right to change or modify the Rules any time.
Every subscriber of the site must have read and accepted all the rules without exception exception. This will be effected when the box « I accept the Rules ».
Article 2 : Use of the MoneyBarre.com website
The subscriber must be at least 18 years old, and have his/her personal email provider. Only one account per household is allowed.
Article 3 : Gains - Points - Service
The subscribers have no obligation to visit the site or to subscribe to other sites proposed by MoneyBarre.com. Surfers gain points for every visit. These points are converted into euros one per month.
When the points reach 15 Euros, you can obtain payment at this address : http://www.worldwide.moneybarre.com/Compte/Points.aspx and click on 'Request Payment' which is activated each time 15 euros is owed. EURL Soriano will pay within 90 days
The subscribes can introduce a new member at any time through the website or his blog. It is strictly forbidden to send an email in mass under the penalty of disassociation
EURL Soriano is not remunerated for its publicity
Article 4 : Responsabilities
http://www.worldwide.moneybarre.com/cannot be held responsible for technical problems on failure of the website or of the internet provider, breakdown of telecommunication operator, hardware or software of the user. In the event of problems with our internet site, our team at EURL Soriano
will repair it as quickly as possible, after the problem has been identified.
If we identify that the rules and conditions have not been respected, we have the right to modify you points/money without delay.
Article 5 : Freedom of information act
You have the right of access, modification, rectification and deletion at any time of data concerning you (article 34 freedom of informatics act 6 January 1978 - french law).
The subscribes will inform MoneyBarre.com of any change of residential address or email address.
